We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the BSI Kitemark Licence KM512759 for the survey and installation of Windows and external Doorsets.

This means that you benefit from us installing in complete compliance with the BSI Code of Practice and that we are checked on a regular basis by the BSI Inspectorate. We also have to prove to BSI that all materials that we install from window frames, double glazed units, and even down to the fixings we use comply with their requirements.

Building Regulation Approval for Windows and Doors in domestic dwellings.

We are able to certify your installation for Building Regulation consent through the BSI in exactly the same way as either Fensa or Certass. Building Regulation approval for windows and doors is now a legal requirement and issued certificates need to be retained safely as they will be requested by Solicitors should you sell your property.
