Windows

All our windows are bespoke and we can offer systems in a choice of PVCu, Aluminium, or Timber.

PVCu

Our PVCu range is offered in a choice of white or a variety of foiled wood grain finishes. We have the standard casement range, tilt and turns, or vertical sliding sash available. The frame we install in most cases is our decorative fully featured system. This has a very attractive look to simulate the style of traditional timber windows and with low line glazing gaskets being used means that the black sealing gasket is hidden from sight. Pilkington Active glass, with its self cleansing properties, is also available.

We aim to be flexible and although most units we install are internally glazed preventing removal of glass from outside we can offer externally glazed. Locking mechanisms can be either shootbolt or espagnolette and we can add further security by protecting the hinge side of the window with stayguards.

A choice of key operated handles are offered in white, gold or chrome finish.

All double glazed units are 28mm giving a 20mm air gap and have a low E unit that reflects heat back into the house. We can offer Georgian bars, square or diamond lead, and an endless design of stained glass options.

We can also confirm that the system complies with current Building Control legislation (Document L) giving a typical U-value of 1.76W/m2K. They also meet the requirements of BS 7950/7412 Enhanced security for windows Kitemark Licence KM51270, and are manufactured under BS EN ISO 9002 Quality Systems and fabricated in accordance with BS 7412 under BSI Kitemark Licence KM40251.

Aluminium Windows

Offered as standard in white, brown or black finishes but any colour is available for a small additional premium, including dual colour finish – different colours on the internal and external faces.

The aluminium profile is narrower than PVCu so is ideal in situations where the windows are in stone mullions.

Our windows have multi point locks with shootbolt security locking systems for that extra piece of mind, plus a choice of key locking handles.

The Duotherm range combines aluminium sections with PVCu profiles to produce a composite window providing optimum insulation.

Timber Windows

The range is all bespoke and is offered in a choice of softwood, hardwood or oak.

There are 3 different styles being flush casement, stormproof and vertical sliding sash windows.

All windows have multi-layer timber sections which come factory finished with preservative, primer and 2 coats of micro-porous paint. Period ironmongery is also available.
